Important Information for Applicants
Application Process:

1) Read this application information sheet.

2) Apply by filling out the application form. You can prepare for the application form by having links for your armory as well as wws for additional proof of quality.

3) If you haven't spoken with anyone in-game, or haven't gotten any feedback on your application in a week, consider the application closed/denied. Take the initiative if you expect feedback.

4) Have a brain. Common sense goes a very long way.

***** IMPORTANT NOTE ***** : We are not interested in applicants that are not max level. Also you will need to register to the website before you can reply on your application that will appear in the forums.

Official feedback comes in the form of an officer: Masturkater, Shadowlaw. We have alot of trolls that if they were even halfway as good as they are at trolling forums then they are actually players, we wouldn't need to recruit. So don't be offended if one of the guildies jumps on to bash your application especially since their opinions don't matter.

In the case that we are interested in you, and you meet our requirements, we will tag you with Trial App status. With this rank, we can boot you at anytime we feel due to unsatisfactory performance, lack of attendance, annoyance factor, or an officer just doesn't like you.

With proper raiding performance + flexible/compatible personality, you will be promoted to Recruit -> Member status, which, more or less is an indication of our satisfaction with your raid capability and personality.

When we bring someone into Explicit, we want someone to be excited to become a part of our community and be as enthusiastic and motivated to raid the repetitive and monotonous contents Blizzard pounds us with since Pre-BC. We also expect you to keep this attitude from the start of the raid and to the end of the raid.

We want players to be on top of their games regardless if it is Zulaman or Sunwell. Pop a mana potion if you are going to out heal others, create a good first impression, and it will be recognized if you excel in your role. We like you to be on ventrilo as much as possible to get the feel of the guild, run as many 5/10 mans and alt runs with us. We like you to get comfortable with the guild.

Being able to take criticism is required. We have enough members that feed us with more then enough excuses/bullshit when mistakes are made in an attempt to justify it.

EXCEPTIONAL PLAYERS ONLY, MUST HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE PRE BC OR POST BC. If specs are applicable, they have already been listed above for what we are seeking.

ALL APPS MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE HARSH CRITICISM, IF YOU CAN'T YOU SHOULD NOT APP. If you require attention, aren't able to pull your own weight, have a reaction time of a sloth, must be taught to play your own class, and are incapable of learning on your own, consider applying elsewhere.

Even though backup spots are indicated, if performance/attendance/consistency is better then current raiders, you will earn your raid spot. If AFK's, shoddy performance, lack of availability/adaptability, and unpreparedness for raids become common, then a raid spot will be much more difficult to earn.

Consistent/reliable internet connections are a must. Examples we are not seeking: players who lose internet during trash, then 'magically' come back right before a boss; somewhat 'convenient' disconnects/internet problems during attunement nights or wipe nights; These sort of 'consistent' disconnects are well-noted and influence your chance of getting primary invites for raids in the future. This goes for current guildies, as well as apps.

You are still ENCOURAGED TO APP IF WE ARE FULL in that current position. We will take people with exceptional gear/experience if we feel it is a good fit.

Explicit raid schedule: You will be expected to maintain an attendance percentage. This schedule is subject to change as we see fit. Required raid days:

Sunday 7:30pm - 12:30am EST
Tuesday 7:30pm - 12:30am EST
Wednesday 7:30pm - 12:30am EST

Do you have ventrilo and a working mic? It is a definite plus if you do have a mic and you are expected to use it when needed.

Please show proof of your quality by posting your recent and relevant WWS links. This will greatly help your chances of getting in. Feel free to comment to explain anything you think we might want to know.
If you have any reference in Explicit, list them here so we can talk to them about your quality.
